It seems that you have already cancelled the subscription from the Billing section of your JotForm account. Since the account was upgraded using PayPal, it is also required to cancel the subscription from PayPal dashboard. This helps in avoiding automated renewal charges from PayPal. Please follow the steps below in order to cancel your Paypal Subscription:
1. Log into your PayPal account
2. Find the latest payment you made to us
3. Click on your subscription number
4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.
When you cancel your subscription you will not be charged again. But your account will hold Bronze status until your next billing date.
