Inbox View: Browser tab is freezing up

    When visiting and clicking the arrow button to scroll through orders.  I can usually get through maybe 10 but then the page starts freezing up EVERYTIME, for over a year.  Its always done the same thing.  I submit all my forms to a spreadsheet however today Im in need of looking back on however I cannot due to this issue.

    I know Im not alone on this issue.  Are there any suggestions or alternatives to scrolling through my orders?  The reason I cant find the order in google spreadhsheets is because jotform only send the forms to google about 98% of the time, so when I miss an order, I have to go back through to find the order, however this time, the order is about 3 months old, so I cannot access it.. hmm

    I may need to seek a new provider if these issues are not resolved unfortunately.  Other than that, you guys are awesome.  But a 20% discrepancy in orders is a problem.

    Thank you for reporting this problem. This is not something common in JotForm, so we will need to take a look into. I have attached a bug report ticket to this thread and forwarded it to our Development Team.

    In the meantime, I would like to suggest using Submissions Page to view and manage your form entries. It is usually easier to use compared to the Inbox, the search and time frame options are available.

    We will let you know if we have any updates.
