    Condition set on File Upload not working as it should

    As far as the conditional logic, I have noticed that the image upload button doesn't always appear when it should as the form is being filled out (Design Materials field).

    Checking your Digital Campaign Form, I found out that the conditions set to it are working correctly. I was able to check the conditions by creating a clone version of it. 

    Here are the conditions that affect the Design Materials field (Upload File field) on your form:

    Here is how it works:

    The Design Materials field do not show or is hidden if the field Creative is equal to "Rerun - No Changes" or "Print X Ad"

    Yep, we want it to be hidden when those two options are selected.

    The issue arose when we had two reported cases where it was hidden when "We are creating/making changes" was selected in the creative field.  Perhaps these were just glitches though as it works fine most every time. I just wanted to check and see if there was a step I could do (like re-adding it) to ensure it would always appear when intended.

    The conditions should work properly as it should when properly set and I believe you have done that with your form. There's no need to re-add form fields again. Yes, there might be glitches and I would still suggest you monitor the form, once in a while. But for now, you can just leave it be since I can assure you that it's working properly and there are no previously reported issues about it. Now, if it happens again and it's been happening most of the time, please feel free to get back to us and we will be glad to check it for you.
