Invalid Refresh Token - Infusionsoft integration

Asked on February 24, 2016 at 11:19 AM

Trying to setup a form that includes a file upload box, integrating it with Infusionsoft - not sure if I have done something wrong or there is a problem with the integration.

Unfortunately the form is on a test site, which isn't accessible yet - unless you want to modify host files?
***Ignore the above line - have hosted on another site still the same problem but have changed the url below***

I assume that I can pass a file upload into an Infusionsoft custom field and it will insert the url to the file?

    Please advise!

    Thanks

    Michael

Actually.....may have answered my own question thinking about it - Infusionsoft is going to redirect to the old internal=communication.com site!

Will test this on a hidden page on production server and find out.

Edit: Nope, scratch that - still displays invalid refresh token.

    Please help!

Each time we try to integrate the form with Infusionsoft, it would create different tokens. I think that this issue occurs when the generated token expires or the originally generated token is not refreshed. Could you try removing the Authorization to Infusionsoft from JotForm account API settings and try again to integrate the Infusionsoft to see if that helps.

Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.

    Hi Kiran,

Bizarrely there isn't any infusionsoft integration's in the link you sent. I re-authorized the InfusionSoft app in the form itself and InfSoft shows the jotform connection.

Any ideas how to connect please?

    Thanks

    Michael

I've tried integrating Infusion with my test form now and I was able to integrate it without any issue.

Could you please try removing the integration in the JotForm and re-integrate it? Please make sure that you are using https with JotForm to authenticate the Infusionsoft account. Also, I believe that you are using a paid Infusionsoft account.

If you need to generate a new API key, please refer to the guide below:

Hope this information helps! Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.

Thanks Kiran, will give it another try -could the problem be that I am trying to upload a document into a IS form field? From the videos I found it looks like it work perfectly and should insert a url into the desired field.

Not entirely sure the API link you refered to is relevent - admittedly my knowledge of API's/JotForm & Infusionsoft is quite limited but following the instructions in the form builder it looks like I form a connection with IS as it maps/pulls through tags and fields for mapping perfectly.

I've also tried adding the file upload box to map with a custom field on my test form. The custom field has received the file name after submitting the form. If you want to upload the file, please give it a try with our Infusionsoft upload widget.

Let us know if you need any further assistance. We'll be happy to help. Thank you!

Hmm thats odd, I saw a video tutorial showing the url in the field - regardless the upload widget wouldn't work because we want contacts to upload documents (CV/Resumes in this instance) to thier own records.

If it can't be done, not to worry will find a workaround somehow.

    Thanks for the support :)
