When I edit a submission because user forgot some information, why does the payment information go away?

It looks like that there is some bug. We were able to reproduce the issue with removed payer information upon submission edit.
A bug report ticket has been attached to this thread and forwarded to our developers.
We will update this thread once we have any news.
