We perform Service Calls. We will publish our form to our Web Site.

Then we want to start the form by filling out the initial fields like Name Address and Phone Number and sending the form or a link to the partially filled out form to a Service Man in the field to complete when he goes to the client.

How do we do this? Please let me know if you need clarification.

To do that, you will need email session. This might sound a bit complicated, but in reality it is just the opposite.

You will however need to have 2 submissions for 1 actual submission since you are creating the email session after submitting the first form.

Basically you would do the following:

    1. Set up an office form

    2. Set up a field form

That way you enter all the values in the office form and submit it. This creates the email session on your field form with the details (you pass them over) from the first form and in the same time the link to this form is sent through email to your service man in the field to continue from.
