    Survey form confirmation email is blank

    i'm not sure what it's technically called but after someone completes a survey, they get an email confirming the completion and in that email, the person can see the questions I asked on the survey but where what they answered to that question is blank.  The same thing when the confirmation comes to me -- I get an email and can see all the questions on the survey but only the person's name (my first question on the survey) is populated, all the boxes are empty of what they answered to the questions.

    what setting am i missing?  i would like the person, and me, to get what they actually answered in that confirmation email along with the questions of the survey.

    The issue is related to outdated email alert templates. As far as I can see, the Email Notification template (sent to you) has been already fixed. You will also need to fix the Autoresponder (sent to user) template, in order to do this, you can delete current Autoresponder, and then add it back.
