create an invoice?

    Hi there,

    Is there a way I can incorprate options for a clietnt o pick form and then have the selections automotically total at the bottom of the form... like an invoice?  I do not want them to actaully pay... I just want them to be able to create a reservation reqeust and see what the total for their reservation will be.  I'm thinking of using a matrix... got it set up with rows as # of guests and column as # of hours for party.... but need the $$ to populate when they select their option.  Ideas?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    You can do something very similar with the Purchase Order tool on Payment Tools. It is designed to not ask for payment after submission.

    Show total option is available for multiple products. You can also add a quantity, for example, number of guests or hours.
