People were able to submit the form until February . Suddenly they are no longer able to submit the form. When they try to submit the form they receive an error message.

The status of your account shows overlimit. You've exceeded the storage limit of 100mb for the free plan. Currently, you have 112.41mb. Which is why the form shows over quota when you try to open it.
I would recommend you upgrading your subscription so you can have more than 100mb. For the next plan which is Bronze, you will have 10gb storage space. Please check our pricing page for further information.
You can free up some space by deleting the submissions with an uploaded file.
