how do i update the new card on file before the next billing cycle... I have a new credit card and the one oyu ave has been cancelled.. Please contact me asap. thank you

We are being billed through a third party sevice called Plimus on behalf of JotForm - http://shoppers.plimus.com. If you log into your account with them you can update your card on file. Your email receipts from them should include your username. You can request your password from the site if you have forgotten it.
