Since a few days in the "submissions" window all the fields are empty except the "submission date" field. The problem affects all my forms. I receive the notifications regularly, with all the fields correctly filled, and the google spreadsheet integration seems to work well, but I prefer to save data directly from the submissions window (downloading them as Excel file) because I noticed that sometimes google spreadsheet misses one or more submission.
I'll upload a screenshot of how the submissions window appears now.
As all my forms are integrated in an e-commerce system that works with Excel files, it's very important that you resolve this problem very soon.

Since your form's submission data is being saved to EU data center, I would suggest you to please login to your JotForm account using domain http://eu.jotform.com/ and you should be able to see your form's submission data.
