Is there a way of creating a quiz that would give you a grade based on your results eg...
Your idea of a perfect date is:
- movie (rated a)
- drinks (rated b)
- dinner (rated c)
Then at the end if you were :
mostly a's you are serious and thoughtful
mostly b's you are fun and energetic
mostly c's romantic and intelligent

You can conditionally show fields based on previous selections in the form:

It is also possible to assign calculation values to your options:
http://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
Then add up the total:

It is not possible to assign letters to your options then add up the number of A's B's and C's. You would need to have actual values.
