We use Jot Form to accept registration info for people registering with our agency. Part of this process requests that they upload various files and these are downloadable via a link in the email that we receive when the form is submitted. Today we have had an issue with one of these forms and we are unable to access the uploaded file. The browser states that it is unable to open the page. We have put the links of the file in question below.

Please could you assist with this matter and advise if there is a problem with the platform and how we can access these files. This has never been an issue in the past.
