Why is my account being disabled?

    I received a message stating that our account will be disabled tomorrow (Friday) due to more than 100 submissions per month reached. However, we currently only have about 25 submissions in our account. I need to know why our account is being disabled as soon as possible, as these forms are linked to many crucial pages on our company website.

    Your account was downgraded due to reach your submission limit. Submissions counter is reset once at the beginning of each month. Once you reach the monthly submissions limit, you don't receive more submissions until next month. As a free user you have 100 submissions limit per month. It will reset at 01/03/2016.
