Sort Forms: Would like to have more sort options.Asked by clarkschool on February 25, 2016 at 03:56 PM
This is a request to add the option to sort MyForms by enabled or disabled.
It would also be handy to sort them in multiple ways: by enabled, in ABC order... by enabled, in lasted edited order... etc.
Based on what you said it seems that you would like to have the options to sort the forms from Enabled first and from Disabled first to the existing Sort options.
For example, something as follows:
Current sort options
The enhanced sort
Do let us know if that is what you had in mind.
Wow--thank you for the quick response!
I think that's it, but I'm not sure what the "First" means in this instance?
It means that will show the enabled forms in the first place followed by the disabled forms, the same with the "Disabled First", it will show disabled forms first followed by the enabled forms.
Is it what you want?
So we can escalate the request.
I don't think it needs the "First"--it would be the same thing to just sort by Enabled or Disabled.
Secondarily, I was also thinking of the way sorting works in Excel, where you can sort by levels. In Jotform's case, it would be like sorting by creator, then sorting alphabetically within each creator.
Great, I will escalate this to our second level, I will provide the info that you shared with us, although we can not provide an ETA about when it could be available, we will make sure to let you know here.
