JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
Please note that the data stored on the server is not encrypted. Only the data in-transit should be encrypted due to the SSL protection. The data will be visible on the server, but that doesn't mean they aren't secure. We always made sure that data is always secured and in fact, we don't have any problems in terms of the security throughout the years.
If you want the data to be encrypted when stored in the server, you can use our encryption feature. The encryption feature is an added level of security to your forms/data. If you enable this to your form, your form data is encrypted upon transmission and when it is stored to our servers. You can only view the data if you will upload your Jotform Key.
