My form is disabled, what could be the problem?

    I have upgraded to Premium service. When my contacts are filling out the form on my site, they have stated that the form is saying that it is disabled. Please share with me immediately what could be happening. I should have 1000 form available. Please check to see that I have premium.  Please respond to my email at asap.

    Sorry about that, your account has now been upgraded to Premium and the forms should be working fine. Please try to relogin to your JotForm account you should then see the increase in the limits.
