I want to set up a cc authorization form to collect cc info securely

How can I set up a cc authorization form that just collects the info securely? I have 3rd party vendors and don't need to process the payment on the form. 

I'm sorry, but we don't allow forms that would collect a CC information using our plain text fields. We will consider it as phishing which is against our Terms of Use (http://www.jotform.com/terms/).

You need to enable authorization mode in our payment integrations to charge users at a later date (http://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization).
