Too many submissions

Hi, I received an email stating that I need to upgrade that I was near my 100 submissions but I only see half of that. I see only 40 submissions thus far. I plan on upgrading but not for another month. Please explain why they will suspend my account if I reach that number even though I am no where near that number.

I cannot have the account suspended as I have customers that rely on this setup

I see that your current account AthleteTrax2 already received 90 submissions this month, and free plans are allowed to receive up to 100 submissions. You can always check and see the number of submissions and storage space used by your account, by clicking on the person shaped icon in the top right corner of the screen.

If you need more submissions, please either upgrade your account to the plan that supports the number of submissions you need, or try using our Get More section to permanently increase the number of your available submissions.
