Hello I am a little mad because I thought that I purchased JotForm back in December when it was way cheaper, I believe it was $60 USD for the whole year. I am now no longer on this subscription and it says I have to pay $19.99 a month. I have used this service forever. Could you get me back on my old plan? No idea why it didnt stay with my account when I bought it around christmas time.

    Thanks,
    Dax Tomlinson

You have currently exceeded the free limit of the month, FYI. You have to consider upgrading your account to any of the paid plans to enable your forms http://www.jotform.com/pricing/

Upon checking your billing records, there doesn't seem to be any subscriptions made for your account horsedrives. However, upon checking your name, I found a record for the account tomlinsond which was upgraded to a premium monthly plan last year but already cancelled. Unfortunately, only those with active subscriptions are grandfathered or to those who have recently cancelled (a month ago) with the old pricing plan. Those who have cancelled last year or to those who will upgrade, they have to consider the new pricing plan http://www.jotform.com/pricing/. This change was introduced to all users over email and it was also announced on the blog. http://www.jotform.com/blog/165-Your-Chance-at-Lifetime-Reduced-Prices

    Thanks for your understanding.
