After I save my form, how can I retreive it, and create another

Form saving, and retrival

All your saved forms can be seen on your My Forms page:

http://www.jotform.com/myforms/

In order to edit a form from your my Forms page, simply click on that form, and then on its Edit Form button, as depicted in the following image:

It will open up your form for further changes.

In order to create a new form, also from the My Forms page, simply click on the orange Create Form button, and then use one of the available options such as starting with a blank form:
