I have some jotforms under an account email@example.com but I can't find the password. I've asked for it to reset but the email is not showing up in my email account. Can you help?

Your account was suspended, I have re-activated it now and the email address related to your account is b**s***e@k**********p.com.
Your username is: klimagegroup.
