    My company is considering using your paid plan service for some web forms we want to make available to our customers.  We are not sure yet of the volume of submissions but from the outset do not expect these to exceed the 1000 a month.

    However, before signing up, to Premium plan, we just wanted to be sure that we could upgrade to the Proffessional service at a later date without affecting any of the form\account set-up?

    Also, could you please outline what support you offer for the paid plans.  Is it just through the forum or do you offer any direct tel\email support?

    Many Thanks

    Hello David,

    Regardless of what subscription plan you are on, 'Free'. 'Premium' or 'Professional', your form data and form submissions stay the same. The only thing that changes is the number of submissions you are allowed per month. Your are free to move between the plans from month to month. We try to make that process of moving between plans as straightforward as possible: its really just a matter of notifying us a week or so in advance of the subscription renewal and we can usually make the change for you (this process is much easier if you pay by credit card, rather than paypal).

    Paying subscribers get priorty support via forum, and are entitled to email support. We do, however, prefer to deal with all support queries via the forum. It makes the task of routing issues around the JotForm team much easier than dealing with email threads.

    We have a dedicated 10 strong Support team with quick access to escalation procedures should any major problems be identified or if there is any issues which we are just unable to help with.

    We have no telephone support.

    Hope that answers your questions, please let us know if you need any more information or anything clarified.

    Yes, there is deductions for purchasing year and bi-yearly subscriptions in advance.

    You can read about those

    Premium ->

    Professional ->

    If you need Professional level submission limits for one or two months during the period of a year or 2 year subscription, we are able to accomodate that and will add additional months onto the longer term subscription before it renews.

    If you do think you will need to change between plans in such a manner, I do urge you to try and upgrade via credit card as its a lot easier for us to move you between different subscriptions which will ultimately mean less hassle for you.

    Sorry but we do not have special prices for non-profit or educational institutions. However, if you pay up front then there will be discounts just like what you said.
