I am not receiving forms

    hellow, i have a lot of sends remaining but i am not receivin any forms from my page, is it normal? thanks

    Hello tecnoalex28,

    Upon checking your account, I found that it is currently over quota. In free account you can only receive upto 100 submissions but you have already received 113 submissions. That is the reason why all your forms are disabled.

    To activate your account again, you will have to upgrade your account or wait for the first day of next month when the submission counters are reset. You may like to take a look at our pricing page for more information on our available plans and its submission limits:  www.jotform.com/pricing

    I have remaining 145 forms
