Getting forms over quota errors

Several forms not working, here's one http://form.jotform.us/jsform/60047303812142.  Only 1 submission and now not working.  Can you check on it please?  Thanks!

I did check the form #60047303812142 you have mentioned above and it seem this form is not in your account. It is actually associated with a different account with username DanCronin. The form shows over quota error message because account "DanCronin" is over quota. Please be noted that in free account you can only receive 10 payment submissions but you have received 11 payment submissions.

OK, thanks. Is there any way to copy or import a form from DanCronin to my own account? I will be looking at the pricing page but if I sign up it likely won’t do me any good unless I can copy the forms over to my account. Thanks!

Yes, we can move the forms to your account, but we would need to get the request from the owner of the forms, so we will be able to move them, the forms will be moved as well as the submissions and the uploads on them.
