I upgraded my subscription yearly instead of monthly

    Hello,

    Thank you for your time.

I just wanted to let you know that when I upgraded to bronze, I was under the impression that I would be paying $20 a month and that I could cancel at any time. I read the terms and saw that it was a cancel at any time subscription plan.

I see now that I was charged the whole year price.

I don't really need the service for the whole year, just for this month (this week, actually). Would it be possible to just pay the $20 as I thought I would be paying?

Also, it might be helpful to be clear what customers will be paying- $20 a month and cancel at any time, or $159 and cancel only once a year.

    Thanks,

    Mindy Schaper

If you need to upgrade your account just for one month I suggest you to choose our monthly plan instead of yearly plan. At that time you will pay $19 per month.

To solve that issue, please downgrade your account back to free and upgrade Bronze plan again as you see below.

Once you upgrade your account, your subscription remains active until you cancel it. When you cancel your subscription, we refund the subscription for the days remaining in the plan purchased.

When you downgrade your account back to free, please let us know. We can refund your $159 immediately with no problem.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.
