I have updated this service to the paid version some time ago when you had the sale on please amend your records and do not stop form submissions

I checked your account and indeed, your subscription was not properly applied. I manually updated your account and it should now show as Bronze. If there is anything else we can assist you with, let us know and we will be happy to help.
