My email address has been taken off of the email receipts for all warranty claims and return requests. If you could please update my email to receive these messages I would greatly appreciate it.
I checked your email address and it is not in our bounce list, please provide us the form with the issue, we will take a look on it and check all the email addresses that you are using.

You may also check your email notifications and remove them from the bounce list, just follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list.
