I'm a web designer. I like this idea of jot form. But what I still don't understand is that I can creat these forms for each site I develop and these forms can have different email addresses? Or do I basically need to sign up let's say each client for the free account for them to receive their submissions? I understand it for myself, If I were to use this service just me alone.
I wish there was a contact number. It would be great to speak with someone.

First off, thanks for your interest in our service, Frank. You can manage your forms under a single account. You can embed your forms to a single or 10 different websites. You just need to enter their email addresses to notification settings. So they can recive notification emails when visitors fill out their forms. You don't have to create a free account for each form/client. Most of our premium / professional users are creating forms for their own clients under a single account. For example; you created a free/paid account on JotForm and want to use your forms on different websites for your clients. But each form notification has to be sent to a different email address. It is possible. But they only get the email notification emails and you will receive the submissions. Because you will be the account owner. It's also possible that you can create CSV / Excel reports and send them via email.
I hope that helps. Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
