I am from brazil and I have been a premium client for some time now however I had problems upgrading my account to professional today . my credit card is international but issued in Brazil. I am in contact with my bank and they asked for 3 to 4 business days to resolve the situation. I would like to ask for an extension of form submission so i could resolve the situation with my bank and upgrade my account. my username is argana

Thats fine, I have upgraded your account to Professional in advance of that.
You may need to log out and log back in to see this change on your local PC.
I will check back on the status of the payment on Monday, 27th Feb., 2012
