Hi, i just discovered that my account has been suspended for some reason. I am missing my form on my blog now. URGENT- please inform me as to what is going on. My blog is perfectly above-board nothing wierd going on no phishing or whatever that is that was mentioned in your pop-up window. thanks

The form should pop up right beneath my text before the share buttons - it simply doesn’t right now since it has been cancelled.
this is the last line of text preceeding the contact form:

I also noticed last night while looking on your site for solutions that you have a new European area for storing data- as opposed to safe harbour, which I’ve never heard of...
so as soon as the account is restored I will move things over – though I don’t think this has anything to do with the current problem.

Thank you for the additional details, I see that this is about form 11564747634 from account with username mulinoo. I have checked that form, as well as all the other active forms in that account, and they indeed appear to be fine.
