Form does not complete all fields

    I have set up two forms today and neither work properly. I deleted the first, now the second (replacement) doesn't recognise all 'required fields', doesn't complete all fields and does not update. I pay a monthly fee to Jotform and have deadlines to meet. I am very unimpressed with the service and the time wasted trying to fix continous problems.

    I have sent a message to our developers about a possible replication delay on form.jotform.com. I can only aplogize for your wasted time troubleshooting this issue.

    In the meantime, can you please try updating your embed code,

    from:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.com/jsform/20522848159"></script>

    to

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//www.jotform.com/jsform/20522848159"></script>

    Thank you! That new script solved the problems. You have saved my life ... well not quite, but close. I am very grateful.
