I cant enter my Paypal link to my form

My FCA Registration form will not allow me to do online payment.... I cant figure out how to add the Paypal feature

I did check your last edited form and found that you have not added payPal payment question but you just have a "Purchase Order" tool which will not redirect you to PayPal checkout page. You will have to delete the purchase order tool and add a paypal payment question. 

You will not have to add all the products again. When you delete the purchase order tool, it will ask you to retain the products you have added. If you say yes, all the products you have added will be retained and will appear automatically in paypal payment question when you add them. Please check the screenshot below:
