How is the 100 submissions/month assessed? I received an email that I think might be in error.

I posted two surveys in February. I had approximately 100 submissions in February, and now have new submissions in March. My account says that it is "Scheduled for downgrade" February 28th but it appears that I'm still receiving applications. Will our survey go down if we receive over 100 applications, or will those just not be available to view? Also, It's March 1st and the website says we should have been downgraded Feb 28th. Is this an error? Screenshot attached.

    Thank you for your help!

When you reached any of your submission limit, it schedules you downgrade, or in this case will temporarily disable all of your forms. However, submission limits resets every 1st day of the month. I checked your account and there's no more downgrade message on it. A delay might have happened, it resets your submission limit but took some time for the downgrade message to disappear.

Your account looks good now, if you are still having problems on this, please do let us know. Thank you.
