Error403 on image submissions

    Hi there,

    I have created a form for customers to upload their images to my account,  I have tested the form myself and the image that I uploaded was fine and could be viewed perfectly.  I have however just had a customer upload an image to me and am getting a 403 Forbidden Access - possible cause - You may need to sign in to view this page.  I have signed into my JotForm account and still cannot view the image.

    Any advice would be great - Wayne

    Can you ask the user to send you the image by email? Then try it. If you see a problem. Please make sure the file type and size is allowed for that upload field.
