    Not receiving emails about submissions

    Hi, I am still waiting for a response about this question (initially submitted on February 29, 2016). My colleagues and I are not receiving notices about new submissions via JotForm even though our email addresses are listed as recipients. We stopped receiving notice of new submissions on February 22. Please advise about how to correct this situation ASAP.

    Also, I see that your previously submitted questions was already addressed here. I've checked the email addresses set on the reservation form and see that the emails are not in our bounce list except bmblais@mit.edu. I've now removed this email address from the bounce list. As I check the email history log of your account, I see that the emails are sent from our end without any issue.

    We also request you to go through our guide that can help you in setting up email notifications to avoid bouncing related issues.
