EMail is delivered, but the same does not contain all of the form fields

    To resolve this, you would need to recreate your email notification.

    You can do that by removing the old one and creating a new one.

    Setting Up Email Notifications

    The reason why your email does not show all fields is due to the changes done on the same.

    That way the form will no longer update the fields within the email template in order to preserve the layout that was set so you would need to add the fields manually as well as remove them.

    If you remove the old one and add the new one, it will contain all of the fields on your form and by default will update itself - of course if no modifications are done on the same.
