    Under the Free subscription, it says you get 100 monthly submissions. How does that work?

    In other words, let's say I have the free subscription for April and I have 50 people sign-up through that subscription of Jotform, then in May I have 80 people sign-up. Do I go over my limit or does the 100 start over again in May? Thanks for clarifying.

    The submission limit is per month, following your example, let's say that you receive 50 submissions, the counter will reset the first day of the next month, in this case on May 1st.

    If in May you receive 80 submissions it will be the same and it will reset the first day of the next month, in this case on June 1st.

    But does this timer start on the 1st of each month automatically, or is it going off of the date you submitted the jotform? In other words, if I'm near my 100 submission limit (which I am) for the month, will it automatically reset to zero on July 1? Or will it reset to a random day, such as July 5? 

    This is incredibly urgent, as my organization needs this form to capture volunteer information as we transition to a new platform, and I'm at 94 of my 100 submission limit as of right now. I've tried to ask about merging the form to another (paid) account my coworker uses, but have gotten no response as of yet on the forum.
