Why My Form Is Disabled?

    i am create some form but all are disable can i know why it is disable?

    Hello,

    When I checked your account, I saw only one active form and several deleted forms that are in your trash folder:

    You can restore those forms by selecting each and clicking on restore.

    They will go to your My Forms folder.
