I have a form set up with a field for e-mail. I also have some conditional formatting that states "If 'status request' = 'complete' send notification 2 email to {email}, but the notification is not being sent to the e-mail that was filled in on the form. Am I doing something wrong here?

Go to the "Edit Properties" of your email field, you will see that the name is {workEmail} not {email}. Please change it, and let us know if you need more help.
