File sharing app that is HIPAA compliant

Hi. I found your article regarding HIPAA compliant file sharing useful. Unfortunately, none of the companies listed offer products for one user (though I didn't and don't want to consider G Suite), and this is a bummer for us small business owners. Perhaps you could update the article or publish one about companies that do offer such a solution? So far I have not been able to find one in the U.S., unless I want to pay $1000/month to Kiteworks, which is not an option.
