Email Notifications: How to set up an email notification?

    I can not find any of the information on that link, on the site when I log on.. there is no 'HOME'/'Form Emails'/ link anywhere I can find. I used one of your 'Contact' forms and need to be able to receive the messages directly to my work/personal email address. However, that form is no longer there? What happened to it and can I get it back?

    The link that you provided does not have embedded a JotForm.

    I checked your account and found this form: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/60624428062350. 

    When you cloned the form and email notification was created by default using the email address that you have in your account, if there is not email notification you may also set it up by following the guide that was shared to you. 

    On My Forms page click on the form that you want and then click on Edit.
