With our first attempts to create a form and view the resulting data I noticed the date-time-stamp having a difference of 6 hours (probably between Germany and US east coast).
Is there a way of getting our reports/downloads with correct local timestamps by any chance?
I would think that there might be a time zone setting somewhere, but haven't found it yet.

Yes, there is a setting for that, it is under the "Account". Please, see the steps to access it from the below:
