Please, provide us the link/name of the from where the date field is not working, also provide us more details about the issue with the field.
Is it not displaying properly?
Is it related to mobile devices?
Please, do let us know and we will be glad to assist you.

The Form is called 2015 MCBA Commercial Booth Form on my JotForm account (https://www.jotform.com//?formID=50904697865975 ) I used the DateTime out of QuickTools and also later in the form I used Text Box to ask for the Business Name. In both cases they don’t work when someone calls up the form to fill it in. I think the copy is just coming in white instead of black (although I don’t know why). I really need my form to work today, so any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
You can access the form on the website at http://www.millcreekfestival.com/Commercial-Booth-Application.html

The date field in your form is not set to be required, it is also not set to default to the current date. Set the current date to default to the current date:
Click on your date field, then click on the "Default Date" tab. From there, change the setting to "Current".
Once the default date is set, set the field to read only by clicking the little gear icon in the top right of the field, then changing the "Read Only" option to "Yes":
This will include the current date in all your subsmissions.
