Why I received an email notification, but I can not find the submission?

I cannot locate a submission (Jasmine Chen) from February 29, 2016 on JotForm.  I received the email notification to "careers@t-howard.org". Please advise on if/how the submission can be located and added to the other submissions.

I checked our logs and found the email, but I can not find the submission. Are you sure you have not deleted it?

If you have deleted the submission, then it is not possible for us to recover it.

I checked your account and was able to find the submission for the 29th.  There may have been a delay in syncing the data to your account.  While viewing your forms, enter 332531083311423554 in the search field at the bottom. 

The submission was uploaded to this form:

Different than the one you referenced in your original post.
