    I would like to have some sort of an approval process for a work order.  Employee completes form and clicks submit, supervisor clicks approve button, and then it is submitted.

    Sorry it is not possible but we can add this feature in near future.

    Thanks.

    This would be a great feature. Even if it simply put a link in the email to go to a site to approve or deny that tied it to the active form..

    Thanks

    @Jason,

    Hi, there is also an {EDIT LINK } in the email. You can also use this to approve/deny the activated form base on criteria or condition.

    Hope this help. Inform us if you have more details or inputs.

    Thanks.

    thank you very much for the quick answer...

    Can the URL link be edited to be linked to a page number within your form , for example I have a three page form im working on . And i want the edit link to land on page 3 and skip the other pages

    So i would like something like the below URL language if possible. Of coarse the below does not work just an example.

    /form.php?formID=xxxxxxxxxx&sid=23032423569852342&mode=edit&page=3

    Jason,

    Unfortunatelly, no. I have tested this before. What is happening is, when you use the edit link of the form, the edit link URL prevents other manually added parameters from working.

    But you can also try the technique describe here -Send-POST-Data-From-JotForm-Using-PHP-in-Custom-Thank-You-Page . On this technique, you can direct to the form and be able to manipulate the value for the parameter. So, it can be used to trigger the workflow event.

    Example,

    if you add a hidden box in the form, you can fill-in the hidden box with value using the PHP code before re-creating the URL..

    if you add a condition logic to show/hide the approval/code field then, the user accessing the URL will be able to see or fill in the hidden field and approved/deny the form

    Thanks.
