Right now, we are receiving every submission in one single email. We would like to have each submission sent to a separate email message

I presume what you meant is that the email notification is stacking up in a continuous thread in your email client?
That happens if you are using the same subject line. You can try changing the "Subject" field in your email notification settings. I see you already have set it to be unique using the "Unique ID" widget.

With that, the emails should be in separate threads because they have different subject title.
