Create PDF Form: Impossible to create a PDF

    Hello JotForm,

    I am very frustrated. I transferred many many forms from AdobeForm Central last year. Those forms looks pretty awful when I download them as PDF on JotForm. It is basically unreadable even after I have tried to clean them up on jotforms.

    So... I have started recreating those forms from scratch. Though they look find online, when I try to use the 'create PDF form' function, it says 'working' but the form never gets created. I have been stuck on that screen for over 10 minutes now. It has worked for me in the past where a PDF has been created after a long wait but not today with my newest form. It really is very frustrating. My main reason for wanting to use JotForm was your PDF creation feature.

    Any guidance will be much appreciated.

    We are sorry for the inconveniences you are facing.

    I was able to reproduce the issue with the PDF form generation. A bug report ticket has been attached to this thread and forwarded to our Development Team.

    In case fillable PDF is not required, this is possible to save a web form version into a standard PDF file.

    Our developer assigned on the ticket had already fixed the problem.

    Please retry create PDF Form again and it should generate the PDF form now.

    Let us know if issue persist on your end.

    This issue still persists.

    It appears that the PDF generation is affected by some issue once again. Our developers have been informed.

    We will let you know once the issue is fixed.
