Pictures are not showing on submissions

I have multiple forms where the picture that is on the form appears with  no problem on the submissions and PDF.  But some of my forms are not showing the picture on the submission.  Here are links to two of the forms: https://form.jotform.com/60407946008152 and https://form.jotform.com/60406038491149.

Please tell me how to get the picture (logo at the top) to also show on the submissions.

You can customize the appearance of the PDF so that the image appears when you download it. Simply follow the steps below:

1. Go to the submissions page of your form: How to view Submissions

2. Click the Get PDF button

3. Then click Customize PDF

4. Click the Add image button and input the url of the image that you want to add.

Click Save when you're done customizing. You should now see the image when you download the PDF.
