I paid for bronze plan but my account was not upgraded.

    Two days ago I paid bronze plan update through a paypal subscription but still the same limits of the free account being. 

    I only have a few hours that the forms don't working because of the new limits of visualizations.

    I sent two emails to support but I have not yet received reply !!!

    Upon checking our records, I was able to trace the bronze monthly payment. I am not sure why your account was not upgraded automatically but you have an active bronze monthly subscription plan:  S-5KL27438HP678840U

    I have taken care of your account issues and upgraded your account to bronze monthly subscription plan.
